A simple, humane and meaningful commitment
A Governor of Hope is a person who chooses to make a concrete commitment to Quebec families who have a seriously ill child.
Through an annual contribution of $1,000, each Governor contributes directly to providing human, caring and unbiased financial support to the families followed by the Foundation throughout Quebec.
This commitment eases the daily burden on families, so they can concentrate on what’s most important: their child’s well-being.
Why become a Governor of Hope?
Becoming a Governor means making a clear and meaningful gesture. It means choosing to provide direct support to families going through the ordeal of a child’s serious illness, with respect, closeness and humanity.
It also means joining a community of committed men and women who share the values of solidarity, generosity and compassion.
A direct, measurable impact
The $1,000 annual membership fee provides families with tangible financial support in the form of gift cards to meet essential day-to-day needs, includinggroceries,gas and travel for care, pharmacy and essential family expenses.

Voting rights at the Annual General Meeting
Opportunity to sit on the Board of Directors (according to Foundation rules and processes)
Governors may, if they wish, become more involved by standing for election to the Board of Directors, and actively contribute to the governance of the Foundation.
A free ticket to the Governor's Ball
Each Governor receives a ticket to the Governors’ Ball, an annual evening of recognition, solidarity and mobilization in support of the families supported by the Foundation.
A Ti-Pou pin, a symbol of the Governors' commitment
The Ti-Pou pin is presented to each Governor as a token of appreciation. It symbolizes the lasting commitment to the families of seriously ill children and the Foundation’s mission.
Governors become true ambassadors for the Foundation. Through their commitment, their voice and their presence, they actively contribute to the reflection, governance and outreach of the mission, throughout Quebec.

In just a few minutes, you can become a Governor of Hope. The annual membership fee of $1,000 can be paid in one or more installments, whichever suits you best.
The Zeffy platform allows you to make your contribution at no cost to the Foundation, with an option to make a voluntary contribution to the platform. An official donation receipt is issued for tax purposes.
