What is a Governor of Hope?

As of December 2025, we have 501 Governors.

A Governor of Hope is a person who desires to make a real difference in the lives of families. These individuals from all walks of life believe in our mission to improve the well-being of families with seriously ill children. You can become a Governor of Hope by paying an annual fee of $1,000.

The Foundation’s regulations grant you rights such as the right to vote at general meetings and to hold a position on the board of directors. To retain these rights, the $1,000 membership fee must be paid.

All Governors receive a large-sized Ti-Pou lapel pin, a distinctive symbol that identifies them as part of this great family of Governors who actively support other families in need.

Governors commit to proudly wearing their lapel pin and to being advocates for the Foundation whenever they can.
