How to support the Fondation des Gouverneurs de l’espoir?

The Fondation des Gouverneurs de l’espoir is a small organization that manages to achieve great things because Governors of Hope and all supporters are involved individuals.

By supporting the Foundation, you make a real difference in the lives of children with cancer or a serious illness and in the lives of their families.

You can support the Fondation des Gouverneurs de l’espoir in several ways.

Become a Governor of Hope

With their annual contribution of $1,000, Governors of Hope are the pillars of the Foundation.

Make a donation

The Foundation does not receive any subsidies: every dollar received in donations allows us to pursue our mission.

If you use the online donation form to make a contribution, you will automatically receive your tax receipt via email.

Give hope on your birthday!

How about using your birthday to support the Foundation of Governors of Hope by asking your friends and family to make a small donation, as if they were giving you a birthday gift? It is very simple!

Offer goods or services

Our families receive monthly financial assistance for groceries, fuel, and other essential expenses, but despite our generosity, none have any surplus. Fortunately, several times a year, partners and generous individuals give us gifts to distribute.

If you would like to offer food, new clothing, school supplies, electronic equipment, toys, etc., or services such as car mechanics, lawn or home maintenance, etc., we will gladly pass them on to our families. Please contact Karine Guillemette at karine@gouverneursdelespoir.org.

Organize an event

There are several ways to raise funds for the Foundation: offering a portion of the proceeds on the sale of a product, organizing a sports challenge with your colleagues, hosting a jeans or t-shirt day in exchange for donations at the office or school, bottle drives, bowling marathons, zumba-thons, walk-a-thons… All ideas are good and especially welcome!
