Use this form to pay your Governor membership fee.
A Governor of Hope is a man or woman who contributes an annual fee of $1,000. A company can pay the fee, but the Governor is an individual, not the company.
Please note that the official tax receipt will be issued in the name provided on the form, whether it’s an individual or a company.
By paying your membership fee, you become a member in good standing of the Foundation with voting rights at general meetings: only Governors in good standing can vote and become directors on the Foundation’s board of directors.
IMPORTANT NOTE : We use the Quebec platform Zeffy for donations. Usually, we have to pay credit card fees of about 3%. Thanks to Zeffy, which gives us 100% of the amounts, we eliminate these fees, which are very expensive for an organization like ours. In exchange, Zeffy adds a tip to each transaction: you will see the amount appear at the end of the form. You can choose the amount; no tip is mandatory.
